Before you make an application for the A/S, please check below information.

- Check if the power input socket is disconnected or not.

- Check if the order of button pressing is correct: Power switch -> Power button -> Strength button.
- Check if the pad is connected correctly.
◎ When you hear unusual sounds in the pad.
- This is a low-frequency sound, the pad is working correctly.
◎ When you use the pad and it stings you.
- Please stick the pad your skin.
- Please check on the pad surface for foreign substances. If there are, clean it lightly with a dry towel.
- Clean your skin and put the exclusive gel on your skin.

※When you feel electrocuted: It is totally normal because this pad works with low frequencies.
